Finocchiona, or fennel, is a mild and subtly anise-like, aromatic salami. Slices should be prepared paper thin. Fabulous when and served with a fine Champagne, camembert and pear.

This medium grind salami is sliced 2mm thick and is incredibly versatile. The Finocchiona is a artisanal produced smallgood, combining free-range Australian pork with traditional Italian curing methods – ultimately making this the perfect cured meat for any meal, snack or recipe.
