Salame Casaerccio – Piccante (Chilli) – Free Range Salami 240G

Are you after a home-style traditional Italian salami? If so, our Salame Casareccio is the perfect accompaniment to any anitpasto board. Traditionally, this salami can be found in most Italian homes and can be eaten anytime of the day.

This is an artisan salame which is handcrafted using free-range Australian pork and is available in three flavours – originale (mild), picante (chilli) and finocchietto (fennel).

Simply hand slice this smallgood to a 4mm thickness and it's the ideal addition to a brie cheese and fig platter!
